How To Use Mosa?

Attach the Pressure Regulator

Secure the pressure regulator to the N2O cylinder of your Mosa. Detach the adapter from the regulator hose and attach it to the cream dispenser.

Fill the Cream Dispenser

Pour your recipe’s ingredients into the cream dispenser and tightly close the lid.

Connect the Regulator Hose to the Dispenser

Attach the pressure regulator hose to the cream dispenser using the push-pull connector. Ensure the flow switch is in the OFF position. A click sound will confirm the connection.

Open the Gas Flow Switch

Once everything is connected, open the flow switch by moving the lever to the ON position.

Set the Gas Pressure

Adjust the barometer to your desired working pressure by turning the knob clockwise. You will hear a slight hissing sound as gas enters the dispenser. Refer to the Mosa pressure table for guidance on the appropriate pressure.

Close the Flow Switch

When the hissing sound stops, turn the flow switch to the OFF position, ensuring it forms a 90-degree angle with the pressure regulator head.

Disconnect the Hose

Remove the pressure regulator hose from the cream dispenser by squeezing the connector body and pulling the dispenser away.

Shake and Dispense

Shake the cream dispenser to distribute the gas evenly. Attach your desired decorating tip and release the contents.

Standard Delivery Guarantee:
Expect delivery within 2-3 working days with couriers such as Amazon and YODEL, with charges based on weight and location. Orders over 15kg require next-day delivery.

Couriers:

We use FedEx, DPD, YODEL, and Hauliers for deliveries, each with specific cut-offs and restrictions for same-day dispatch.

Order Tracking:
Orders dispatched through a tracked service will receive a tracking code via email, allowing you to monitor the delivery status.

Shipping Locations:
Currently, we only ship within the UK. We are working to resume shipping to the Republic of Ireland (ROI) and the European Union (EU).

Glass Products Dispatch:
