The perfect choice for HACCP compliance in a catering kitchen. Turn 1 litre of whipping cream into up to 3 litres of fresh whipped cream in an instant! The emulsifying gas, Nitrous Oxide, whips and propels the cream – it also acts as a natural anti biotic so the cream stays fresh in the whipper for up to 14 days if kept in a fridge. The Barista Range is made entirely of stainless steel, making it even easier to clean than our Classic Range as they can be washed effortlessly in the dishwasher on medium heat, with all parts detachable to be stripped down and cleaned thoroughly.

This 1 litre dispenser can hold up to 1 litre worth of liquid and 1 x 8g N2O Cream Charger.

Pro Whip Barista Dispensers are to be used with N2O Cream Chargers only for catering purposes. Suitable for making whipped cream as well as hot or cold ‘espumas’, sauces and mousses. In fact, it will thicken anything with a high fat content! Another impressive use of the Barista range is that they can be used to infuse liquids such as infusing flavours for cocktails, oils and vinegar – the possibilities are endless!
