Donut Mixing Instructions (per 1000g donut mix, 450ml water):

• Mix on slow speed for 15 seconds, followed by 45 seconds on medium speed.
• Rest the batter for 10 minutes prior to use.
• Pour the mixture into a donut maker or deep fat fryer.
• Cooking times may vary but as a guideline cook at approx 195C for 45 seconds on each side.
• Serve with your choice of sauce, toppings or inclusions.
