This Luxury Caramel Filling tastes smooth, sweet and rich like traditional caramel. It’s perfect for making caramel shortbread, millionaire shortbread or for adding a luxurious flavour to doughnuts.

The Filling can be warmed over a bain marie directly in the pail, or by decanting it into a bowl that is heat proof. Warm this filling until it is the correct consistency for your choice of use: piping, drizzling as a sauce or spreading.
