Cookie Mixing Instructions (per 1kg cookie mix and 130ml water)

• Place Soft & Chewy Chocolate Cookie Mix & Inclusions into a machine bowl fitted with a paddle
• Add water and mix on slow speed until a dough is formed.

Baking temperatures 170°c / 350°F (150°C/300°F)
50g Puck, bake for 14 16 minutes
