This mix is suitable for vegetarians and vegans, for a fully vegan shortbread we recommend using softened vegan butter.

How to make (per 1kg shortbread mix and 400g softened butter):

1. Place Shortbread Mix and softened butter into a machine bowl fitted with a paddle.
2. Mix on slow speed until a stiff dough is formed
3. Process as required.
